Cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be made no less than 24 hours of your appointment.  All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE  & can only be transferred once with no less than a 48 hour notice.  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. In the event of inclement weather, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment.  You will be allowed to reschedule one time with the same deposit, after that deposits must be paid again.  NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK AGAIN.
